Chris Rice, PartnerChristopher Rice founded the firm with the belief that if you love what you do, you will do it well. With over 25 years of experience in shore area custom residential architecture, Chris is always striving for perfection and looking for new ways to create great architecture along our many waterways. Other than spending time with his wife and four children, Chris enjoys golf and surfing. After graduating from Clemson University, Chris worked for small local firms in an effort to gather as much experience as possible before establishing his own firm in 1998. “My standards are very high…I expect only the best from my staff and of our work.” Chris is an active member of many organizations, including the AIA, BOCA International., Sea Girt Chamber of Commerce, Trustee of Manasquan River Golf Club, Habitat for Humanity, and the Surfrider Foundation. Chris’ passion for his work is evident in every home he designs. |

Dustin Brown, PartnerDustin Brown, aka “Justin, Duncan, and Darren”, is an integral part of the firms success. His knowledge of construction drawings and autocad make him a leader in the firm. After graduating from Lafayette, Dustin shifted his efforts from civil engineering to architecture, once he realized how much he loved contributing positively to our built environment. Dustin is a very bright and talented architect who gets results. He manages the firms drafting department, and the entire staff. |

Steve Dembinski, Project ArchitectSteve comes to us with 15 years of experience managing Commercial and Residential Projects. After graduating with degrees in both Architecture and Building Construction Technology, he started his career in Commercial Construction Administration. Several years later, he made a transition focusing on distinctive Residential projects along the Jersey Shore. |
